Mr. Hayes serves as Project Manager at Scientific Methods, Inc.; he has over 13 years experience in the area of environmental monitoring and water testing.   Before accepting the Project Manager position at SMI, Mr. Hayes was previously employed as a project manager at another water testing laboratory serving engineering, public water supply and environmental laboratory clients from 1999 to 2004.  
 
Mr. Hayes is responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing large contracts, account & project management, understanding EPA and State water regulations, preparing proposals and responding to customer inquiries.
